Job Description
Architect shall be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing architectural designs for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, design standards, and project specifications. The role involves close coordination with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solutions that align with ITC CORP.’s standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural plans, designs, and detailed drawings.

Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineers to ensure design consistency.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction works align with approved plans and specifications.

Prepare project presentations, material boards, and visualizations for client review and approval.

Review and approve shop drawings, as-built plans, and material submittals.

Assist in value engineering and design adjustments based on budget or site conditions.

Ensure compliance with national and local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the project management team to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.

Support documentation requirements for permits, bidding, and construction stages.
Job Qualifications
The Architect shall possess the following qualifications:

Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) — required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in design, project coordination, or site-related architectural work.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop (or similar software).

Knowledgeable in the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) and other relevant regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Willing to be assigned on-site when necessary.
