INTERIOR DESIGNERS

Job Location: Luzon/Visayas 

Employment Type: Site-based/Office-based (Full Time)

Job Description:

The Interior Designer shall be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with the project’s overall vision. The Interior Designer shall collaborate closely with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure that all materials, finishes, and furnishings meet design intent, budget, and quality standards.

The Interior Designer shall:

  • Develop design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and material selections for interior projects.

  • Prepare and present detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations for client approval.

  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design compatibility.

  • Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to project requirements.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.

  • Prepare cost estimates, material lists, and procurement schedules for interior works.

  • Supervise interior fit-out works and ensure quality control on-site.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for product sourcing and installation coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and client specifications.

  • Maintain project documentation and assist in post-construction evaluations.

 

Job Qualifications:

The Interior Designer shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university.

  • Licensed Interior Designer (PRC Registered) — preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction-related projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (or similar design tools).

  • Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, lighting, and design trends.

  • Experience in preparing working drawings, presentations, and material boards.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and project teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and creativity under tight deadlines.

  • Willing to visit project sites or supervise fit-out works as needed.
