Job Qualifications: The Purchasing Officer shall possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction or engineering projects. Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of construction materials, tools, equipment, and suppliers is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office, procurement software, or inventory management systems. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple purchase requests simultaneously. Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing and contracts. Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, site teams, and management. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
