Job Description:
The HR Manager shall be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains qualified personnel while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager shall oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and overall workforce administration for both office and project-based staff.
The HR Manager shall:

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.

Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes for all positions.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee attendance monitoring.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.

Plan and coordinate training and professional development programs for staff.

Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports for management.

Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.

Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements, site assignments, and HR-related concerns.

Lead HR team members, including HR officers, timekeepers, and support staff.
Job Qualifications:
The HR Manager shall possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, benefits, and employee relations practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to handle recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

Experience in HR software, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
