Job Description:
The Foreman shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of construction workers on-site to ensure that all works are performed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and specifications. The Foreman shall serve as the on-site leader who ensures quality workmanship, proper use of materials, and compliance with project schedules under the direction of the Project Engineer or Site Supervisor.
The Foreman shall:

Supervise and coordinate the work of skilled and unskilled laborers on-site.

Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure that all construction activities are executed safely and in compliance with company policies.

Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of daily targets.

Inspect ongoing works for quality, accuracy, and adherence to approved standards.

Report site progress, manpower status, and material needs to the Project Engineer or Site Supervisor.

Assist in the layout, setting out, and installation of works as required.

Ensure proper use, care, and safekeeping of tools, equipment, and materials.

Coordinate with subcontractors and other site personnel for work sequencing and scheduling.

Enforce site cleanliness, discipline, and safety compliance at all times.
Job Qualifications:
The Foreman shall possess the following qualifications:

Vocational, Technical, or Engineering background (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) preferred.

Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in construction site supervision or related fieldwork.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate workers effectively.

Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.

Willing to be assigned to various project sites as required.
