Job Description:
The Sales Engineer shall be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical solutions for the company’s products or services. The role combines technical expertise with sales skills to understand client needs, present solutions, and support projects from proposal to implementation. The Sales Engineer shall collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
The Sales Engineer shall:

Identify potential clients, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.

Present and demonstrate company products, systems, or solutions to clients.

Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients regarding project feasibility and product applications.

Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Follow up on client inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company offerings.

Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to develop sales strategies.

Support contract negotiations and project handovers to ensure smooth implementation.
Job Qualifications:
The Sales Engineer shall possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Technical Sales/Marketing.

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or engineering consultancy.

Strong technical knowledge of construction, engineering systems, or company products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting systems.

Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or in teams.

Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project inspections as needed.
