Job Description:
The HR Associate shall assist the HR Manager in executing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll support, and other administrative HR tasks. The HR Associate ensures smooth HR operations and provides support to both office and project-based personnel.
The HR Associate shall:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.

Support onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new employees.

Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and attendance logs.

Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management.

Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors regarding manpower requirements and HR-related concerns.

Help in implementing HR policies, programs, and compliance with labor laws.

Assist in employee engagement, training programs, and performance monitoring.

Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff in a professional and timely manner.

Support HR reporting and documentation for management.
Job Qualifications:
The HR Associate shall possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction, engineering, or corporate environments.

Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and basic reporting tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, including project sites and office personnel.
